So,
When I try to book, it shows an available room for Mar 1 - Mar 2, but if I
change that to, say, Mar 1 - Mar 3, there's no availability. Also nothing
for Mar 1 - Mar 1, or Mar 2 - Mar 2... so something is broken.

My mistake, Brett is right. When I select March 1-7 it only shows one night
to book.

Ok, we’re looking into this….again! I’m getting the same error too. We will likely not
hear back until Tues b/c they’re on holiday. The shoulder nights begin on March 1 so
that’s why you won’t see them into Feb.
The good news - we will have a room audit so even if someone books outside the block, we
get credit for it.
And of course, we’ll be sure to bring this up with the hotel and see how/if they will
compensate us for the issue.

People could try emailing them? That's clearly suboptimal - but since my
own stay had to be extended as well (I'm arriving a few days earlier and
staying until Sunday), I wrote that in the booking message and they
confirmed my changed reservation within a few hours.
