The good news - we will have a room audit so even if someone books outside the block, we

People could try emailing them? That's clearly suboptimal - but since my
own stay had to be extended as well (I'm arriving a few days earlier and
staying until Sunday), I wrote that in the booking message and they
confirmed my changed reservation within a few hours.
