It looks like our current failures are due to changes in branch names for the keystone repository. Casey fixed it and has a squid backport PR: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/61023 squid: qa/rgw: bump keystone/barbican from 2023.1 to 2024.1 by cbodley · Pull Request #61023 · ceph/ceph github.com So I think rgw needs this PR added to the release and a re-run.
