Here’s the LF recommendation.
If the event were in China, we'd of course suggest canceling at this point.
However given it is in Seoul, South Korea, we do not see an issue there
from a safety perspective. If most attendees and speakers are local, then
participation shouldn't be an issue. We understand however that certain
companies travel restrictions as well as specific participants (sponsors,
attendees, speakers) may not feel comfortable attending or be unable to
attend, and if you feel that will negatively affect the event or make it
impossible to proceed, then we of course understand and support that
decision.
