Yes, they get sent from the primary to all recipients as fast as possible, so with fast network you would not notice a huge spike in latencies going from 3 to 4 (or more) replicas for instance. It will not be linear. Not 100% perfectly parallel either, but close. -- May the most significant bit of your life be positive.
