The only cloud accounts I know we have are in IBM cloud and in AWS. in IBM cloud we reached the vCPU and floating ip's limitation which means that it's not feasible to deploy our services there, so the only option we have left is to deploy in AWS. I'm really sorry to ask this at the 11th hour but why/how was AWS selected? Who is paying the bill (I would think the foundation??)?
I know there have been some smaller cloud providers that have expressed interest in hosting Ceph infrastructure ... AWS is not one of those and is easily considered the most expensive.
