[sepia] Officinalis Are Back

The Officinalis nodes are available again. Both ens20f0 and ens49f0 are cabled. ens20f0 is a 25Gb NIC on vlan104 and may or may not have an IP. ens49f0 is 100Gb on vlan107, is configured to DHCP, and has the default route. The front.sepia.ceph.com hostname is a CNAME to the vlan107 hostname/IP. However, I’m working with IBM Networking on an issue where the hosts can not perform a TLS handshake with any upstream repositories.
