[sepia] Vossi are back, smithi are coming

vossi{01..05} are back online. Need to check what’s going on with vossi06. If you had the old LRC mounted on a vossi host, Patrick is trying to figure out why that’s not working at the moment. The smithi machines are accessible. However, I still need to capture FOG images for them and need a new Rocky image uploaded into MaaS before I can do that.
