Glad to hear it! FWIW, I noticed a pretty big improvement in VM
performance with lbrbd when qemu was set to use tcmalloc vs LD_PRELOAD.
RHEL dropped support for tcmalloc entirely but if you guys have the
ability to compile qemu with tcmalloc support in Debian/Ubuntu I suspect
you'll see a nice client side win.
