Uploading Debian based Ceph images (currently Reef on Bookworm) to quay.io

Hi, This is a follow-up on the conversation we had in the Globe room at Cephalocon. After I submitted a patch to be able to build Debian based images [1], I would like to be able to upload Debian (stable unofficial backports) Ceph images to quay.io. I could start with Reef images, and hopefully follow-up with new releases. But I do not know where/how to start. What is the procedure? Note that I intend to maintain images for both arm64 and amd64, as we use both arch in my company.
