These are mostly (all?) failing due to some issue with remoto not getting installed into the virtualenv. We should figure out why (Alfredo?) but it doesn't need to block the release.
This is a problem with the bootstrapping script, and it does not affect the currently released version of ceph-deploy or other non-development ways of installing ceph-deploy (e.g. via pip). There hasn't been any changes to ceph-deploy, this shouldn't prevent a release.
