there are some upcoming changes to the rgw qa suite [1] and its accompanying s3-tests [2] and ragweed repos [3] that, once merged, will cause earlier ceph-ci builds to fail the rgw suite
this just means that ceph-ci branches and suite-branches will need to rebase on main after these merges, so plan accordingly. we don't usually announce these changes, but with the reef freeze on the horizon i don't want to delay anyone's testing
