Nearly all of these failures are caused by the selinux "/proc/kcore" denial for the MON reported at https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/43064 and this branch has the patch that 'resolved' that tracker. I'm looking into this but it's no reason to delay the release since we've been seeing this for a long time now. The other failure appear to be infrastructure related. APPROVED pending any objections from Sage, my co-approver :)
