By the way, the way to create the label likes
"wip-username-testing" in ceph repo also confuse me.
it's but a convention, so we know who is the owner of a testing branch
and what it is for when spotting a branch in ceph-ci. you can actually
name it as whatever you like as long as it does not conflict with
others' branch names. but in general, i'd prefer using a name that is
easier to identify.
