Hey Emily,
Can we maybe move this a half hour earlier (to 8:30 pacific)? I have a
conflict at the normal time.
Also, anyone else on this list is welcome to join the weekly check-in
call.. just let us know and we'll add you to the invite.
Thanks!

Hi Jen,
The draft agenda shows 4 tracks. We'd tentatively planned on 3
tracks this time around. Is this a mistake with the agenda, or is there
space planned (or available) for 4 tracks?
(3 tracks = ~45 talks, 4 tracks = ~60 talks)
Thanks!

Hi All -
Below are the links to test the registration platform prior to going live. If you’d like to walk through it, you’re welcome to, and is completely optional. Any information provided on the test platform will be deleted prior to going live.
One important question - One each form, is asks if they plan to attend the Developer Summit & Cephalocon OR Cephalocon only. Do you want to give an option for Developer Summit only?
I have tested all registrations paths and will make this live EOD if we there are no edits passed along.

Hi Seungjin, John,
What local user groups can/should we promote Cephalocon too? In
particular, can we send out something about the CFP deadline
(extended to this Friday)?
Is this the place? https://web.facebook.com/groups/620899444961207/
Thanks,

Hi everyone,
I created this list and added everyone who has either been involved in
Seoul planning so far or as asked to be involved. Currently
sage(a)newdream.net
miperez(a)redhat.com
lmb(a)suse.com
ogreene(a)redhat.com
yongiman(a)gmail.com
sjin.han(a)sktelecom.com
eruf(a)linuxfoundation.org
If there's anyone else we should, let me know, or send them to
lists.ceph.cio where they should be able to sign themselves up.
There's a call later today with LF. I think current items on my list are:
- revisit/finalize ticket prices
- cfp status, timing
- sponsorship status (4 platinum and 1 gold so far)
- should we start putting these on the ceph.io page?
- availability of rooms at venue for adjacent meetings
