[Ceph-website] Ceph - Developers: documentation link broken (PR #839)

Hi Team, I have noticed that on the Ceph homepage the Developers section (https://ceph.io/en/developers/) contains a broken link to the Ceph Documentation. I have raised a PR for a fix: https://github.com/ceph/ceph.io/pull/839 Could You please have a look and to trigger the compiling? I’m not part of the Ceph organisation so not able to do that. Thanks!
