[Ceph-website] lists.ceph.io still redirects to old defunct postorius install

Hello, when visiting https://lists.ceph.io the user is redirected to the old defunct postorius list. This in turn makes it seem the Ceph mailing list broken. A fix would be to redirect to https://lists.ceph.io/hyperkitty/ Note the trailing slash required.
