I think the scrub warning is new/was backported, so the object is
probably older than BlueStore on this cluster, it's only now showing up

Thanks Paul, I already thought that this would be the case.
We will recommend using CephFS to our customer for storing ISOs. I
really do not know why they are storing them as single RADOS objects.
