[ceph-users] Monitors not starting, getting "e3 handle_auth_request failed to assign global_id"

Hi all, Have an issue with my three monitors, they keep getting " e3 handle_auth_request failed to assign global_id" errors, subsequently, commands like 'ceph status' just hang.
