Upgrading LRC is part of the release process, so yes! Gibba is being used for Squid validation so we can leave it out. Thanks, Neha

It solves *my* problem that the old version of the file is already in
potential source of confusion for people who aren't paying attention. the Debian archive and cannot be replaced there. By all means, please find a better solution for long term. In the mean time, do *not* re-release an already released tarball.
