Hi, the easiest way would be to convert the cluster to cephadm [0] and then upgrade it to Reef first, then to Squid or Tentacle. I hope you mean 19.2.3, the x.2.z release is the stable version. If you haven't done a conversion yet, I recommend to try it on a test cluster first, just to get familiar with the tools. Although I can't recall having any serious issues during conversion, I'd still advise to test it first. And make sure to read the upgrade notes for each version you're going to upgrade to. I have a ceph cluster in version 16.1.10 on Ubuntu not managed by cephadm.
I would like to upgrade it to 19.1.3 and to cephadm mode.
