[ceph-users] Don't know how to use bucket notification

Hi, all. Does anyone know where the endpoint of CREATE TOPIC is? (for bucket notification) https://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/radosgw/notifications/#create-a-topic Is that the same with the normal S3 API? I tried but failed. Thanks.
