[ceph-users] mailing list's owners/admins ?

Hi guys. Does anybody know if this mailing lists admins are actually humans and if so, then how to contact them? I emailed - ceph-users-owner@ceph.io - already, trying to get subscription (not this account) but have not heard back, it's a week. many thanks, L.
