[ceph-users] Missing changelog in Tentacle release notes?

Hi, I was wondering why the Tentacle release notes [0] don't have a changelog section like the previous releases do (Reef [1], Squid [2]). To prepare an upgrade I usually scan the changelog for anything interesting/important. Has that process changed from v20 in general and there won't be any detailed changelogs anymore or was this an oversight? The highlights are great to get an overview, but I kind of miss the details. I'd appreciate any insghts. Thanks!
