Ok, I got a bit further. I can now mount the NFS export on my ESXi
server and use it as a datastore. I added the ESXi host with RW and
no_root_squash permissions in the Ceph Dashboard. After re-mounting it
on the ESXi datastore it works fine. Any idea about the ingress?
