Hello hw, your cephfs storage limit is your RADOS cluster limit. Each OSD you add gives you more space to allocate.
873 GiB data, 2.7 TiB used, 3.5 TiB / 6.2 TiB avail
Actually you have 873GiB used with replica 3 eval to 2.7 TiB
"3.5 TiB / 6.2 TiB avail" means you have 3.5 TiB free of 6.2TiB (with replica 3 about 1TiB usable capacity)
