Hi, I have such a filesystem, created on Nautilus, with a 8+3 EC scheme. I can't remember though if it was before the warning appear in the docs or if I just ignored it :) It's actively used (approx 20 clients), 254 TB with a lot of small files (1 MB or so). Performance is not stellar, but sufficient for my use case. The cluster is now running tentacle, no major hiccups have been encountered. Let me know if you need more info. just out of curiosity, has anyone been CephFS that way? I know it's discouraged in the docs (and we haven't tried it otherwise) but since you can still create a CephFS with the --force flag, I was wondering if there's some long-term experience available in the community.
