Ceph.conf on all nodes is correctly set to 10.0.0.0/8. Even after

How do I safely change/remove the centralized config network settings?
$ ceph config rm <who> <what>
$ ceph config-key ls
$ ceph config-key rm <key>
That should be what you need.
iirc: ceph config rm global cluster_network
