Is it possible to reconfigure a filesystem with a default EC pool to a default replicated pool? According to https://docs.ceph.com/docs/nautilus/cephfs/createfs/#creating-pools it should give a better performance. Unfortunately we created the fs with a default EC pool 2 years ago, and back then this was possible and there was no suggestion to use a default replicated pool and than add the EC pool.
