hi, I want to know whether the multisite sync policy can handle the following scenario: 1. bidirectional/symmetric replication of all buckets with names beginning 'devbuckets-*'2, replication of all prefixes in those buckets, EXCEPT, say, 'tmp/' The documentation is not clear on this and want to know if it is possible before I go down this path.Replication of all data is clear, but the specifics as to bucket names and prefixes is not. Hello~ Our ceph cluster uses 260 osds. The most highest osd usage is 87% But, The most lowest is under 40%. We consider lowering the highest osd's reweight and rising the lowest osd's reweight. We solved this problem following this workload. This is our workload. 1. Set All osd's reweight to 0.5 2. Rising the lowest osd's reweight to 0.6 3. Lowering the highest osd's reweight to 0.4 ** What I'm really curious about is this. ** I want to set the default osd reweight to 0.5 for the new osd that will be added to the cluster.

Hi Everyone, So, I'm in the process of trying to migrate our rgw.buckets.data pool from a replicated rule pool to an erasure coded pool. I've gotten the EC pool set up, good EC profile and crush ruleset, pool created successfully, but when I go to "rados cppool xxx.rgw.buckets.data xxx.rgw.buckets.data.new", I get this error after it transfers 4GB of data: error copying object: (2) No such file or directory error copying pool xxx.rgw.buckets.data => xxx.rgw.buckets.data.new: (2) No such file or directory Is "rados cppool" still the blessed way to do the migration, or has something better/not deprecated been developed that I can use? delete s3 bucket too slow?

Hi when deleting an S3 bucket, the operation took longer than the time-out for the dashboard, causing the delete to fail. Some of these buckets are really large (100+TB), also our cluster is very busy with replacing broken OSD disks, but how can such an operation (delete bucket) take too long for the dashboard to time out and not do it? What is the right way to do this? We are currently on Quincy (17.2.7) using packages for Ubuntu.
