[Associate-members] Call for action: Associate Member representative on the Governing Board

Hi all, I hope you are all safe and healthy! We have a wee bit of formality to get through ;-) Unfortunately, we were unable to have this discussion in person at Cephalocon. On the Ceph Foundation's board of governors, General and Associate Members each also are represented via a single member. For the associate members, this role is currently very ably filled by Dan van der Ster at CERN. Many thanks! Still, there have been some changes to the Foundation's membership since and it seems sensible to re-affirm / re-evaluate this annually. According to section 3.a.iv (Participation Agreement, Exhibit B), the member representing the Associate Members is appointed by the Governing Board. This is on our agenda for our board meeting in the last week of April. Thus, feel free to discuss and send self-nominations (with a brief intro and rationale) to board(a)ceph.io by Sunday, April 26th 2020.
