It had run out of disk for its homedir, so jobs were wedged. I increased the size of the disk, but it didn't recover; builders were unable to successfully handshake to accept jobs. After some attempts at a targeted solution without success, I restarted Jenkins, which will have lost some builds. Sorry about that. You may need to resubmit your PR if it's not in the build queue.
