We temporarily cut down nightlies in
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/39df3b8827b86b30d1deb1cf1a2c6eb4c59ba107
when the teuthology queue was overwhelmed. Then, we added some reef tests
back in
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/9fbedc6c9b586171e22813efce42ac440fc3d63d
.
Since the queue load seems to be doing well, we can consider adding back
more tests. We should do so intentionally though so we are only adding
tests back that we actually use.

Are the nightlies cut down too much? The weekend queue is de facto
empty (not that I'm complaining for selfish reasons).
