On 2023-01-31 at 08:00 AM EST, there is a network outage for doing a series
of software updates on the lab network devices
The outage would take about 30 minutes but as long as two to three hours
depending on the unknowns

Despite these emails well in advance of the outage, many folks in chat
channels are confused by the vpn not working (including myself!). It
would be helpful to start putting these scheduled outages in the Ceph
community calendar. Adam, would you mind doing that from now on?
