To update on this, storms in Poughkeepsie caused damage to utilities and fiber equipment.  Both of our internet uplinks to the lab are affected.  Crown Castle is waiting for the local utilities company to complete their repairs before Crown Castle can commence theirs.

It sounds like they don’t expect resolution during business hours today.  They said they will provide an update by 6PM Eastern.

There's a network issue affecting the lab. All lab services are currently unavailable, and I can't even ping any of our external IP addresses. I've opened a ticket with the IBM Networking team and will keep you posted as soon as I have an update.
