More good news: The smithi machines are finally accessible again. There was an MTU issue with three of the five racks of servers but that has been resolved.

There are a number that failed to reimage with FOG and there are quite a few running old production services that we will make our way through and return to service as testnodes but as of right now, 130 servers are available for teuthology tests.
