It appears there is a network issue affecting connectivity. I am unable to reach any of the infrastructure nodes in the OpenShift cluster and several lab services are currently down:

apt-mirror.sepia.ceph.com
git.ceph.com
pulpito-ng.ceph.com
pulpito.ceph.com

I have filed a ticket with IBM Networking. I will provide an update as soon as I receive feedback from the IBM Networking team.
