We have received a receipt for the Ceph London conference ticket purchased for one of our employees. However, the receipt does not include the vendor’s full company information, specifically the company name and address.

In order to process the expense correctly in our accounting system and create the vendor record in our database, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:

• Full legal company name
• Company address
• VAT / Tax ID number (if applicable)
