I started the Member Enrollment process on the Linux foundation website, and need to go through the billing again.
However, we have just been in contact to pay the membership already, please see attached.

Actually, we wanted to downgrade from premier/gold to Silver.
Question: Can we now go through this website process with the agreement as a silver partner and pay the corresponding 15k$? Then how would be handle the previous payment already sent?
