Work is underway for Squid's v19.2.4. This will be the fourth minor release slated for mid-April. The merge window is open from February 18th - March 18th. Yuri will create QA runs for Squid backports marked "needs-qa". Component leads should review backports (with or without open backport PRs) and ensure any required fix for this release passes all github checks and is labeled properly.
