We plan to test and release octopus 15.2.12 in the next 2 weeks. Please label PRs appropriately (add "<release>-batch1" and "needs-qa" labels) so they can be tested and included in that release on time.

The repo will be locked for merging in ~1 week (planned for 5/22/21).
