There's a radosgw data loss bug in Octopus, tracked in https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/47866, and we have a workaround prepared in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/38249. We'd like to get this out ASAP to avoid further loss. I'll be on PTO next week - please see Eric with any questions in the meantime.
