If 16.2.0 is as close as Sage says it is, I'm not sure a 16.1.1 is really worth doing at this point.

And I was assured some time back that the tag will not move.

For the record, users should not expect the
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/releases/tag/v16.1.0 to move, right?

It would be nice to release v16.1.1 to clear this up.
