Dear community,

Whenever I try to run "make-dist" (or the scripts calling it), it get stuck in the same place:

> @angular/cli@10.1.6 postinstall /root/projects/ceph/src/pybind/mgr/dashboard/frontend/node_modules/@angular/cli
> node ./bin/postinstall/script.js

any idea?
