[Suyash] project to address clang-tidy warnings (ex https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/56232)
- Clang-tidy reports should be treated more as hints (should be inspected to decide whether it's a real bug or not)
- high values areas are: crashes, memory leaks, use after move, use after free, uninitialized variable
