Thanks, all. This has been sent.

Jennifer is sending the same email to speakers who have not yet registered and Courteney will be reaching out to the sponsors.

As soon as we have updates on the venue, I’ll be back in touch.

Looks good, Emily. I made a few adjustments to the opening paragraph, hope that's ok.

Sponsor options make sense to me.

As an FYI, I'll be leaving SUSE as of Friday this week (the 7th), so won't be involved in the planning after COB tomorrow. It's been a pleasure to work with you on this event, I'm just sad that it had to be cancelled and I won't get the chance to meet you all face to face.

Good luck with reorganising it, or failing that, with next year!
All the best,
Matthew

Subject: [Cephalocon-seoul-2020] Cancellation communication

Hi All -

Please take a look at the proposed language<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1w6VkS_7Fb--sH6ZfzlVKFSG0q2LkZwVaAhIaUYvYuXE/edit?usp=sharing> to send to registered attendees. We will send this email out today once you approve.

For sponsors, we believe they have three options and they can select their confernece. 1 - keep money held until rescheduling or not is confirmed, 2 - full refund, 3 - have money transferred to another event. Any concerns with these?

Emily
