In "ceph health detail", what's the diff between MDS_SLOW_METADATA_IO and MDS_SLOW_REQUEST?

blocked for 51123 secs MDS_SLOW_REQUEST 1 MDSs report slow requests
mds.fs-01(mds.0): 5 slow requests are blocked > 30 secs
Do these two refer to cephfs metadata IO?

MDS_SLOW_REQUEST: RPCs from the client to the MDS are "slow", i.e. not
complete in less than 30 seconds.
MDS_SLOW_METADATA_IO: OSD operations by the MDS are not yet complete
after 30 seconds.
