ms-nfs41-client is a Windows NFSv4.2 filesystem client. How should it be able to help with Ceph?

I explained that already: 1. IMO Mr Mainz has the expertise to comment on the subject of Windows kernel filesystem drivers 2. This specific driver has a kernel part and a userland daemon, and can be used as a template for a Windows CEPH driver. Replace the NFS parts with CEPH parts. 3.
