Configuring it with respect to what about these applications? What are you trying to do? Do you have existing installations of any of these? We need a little more about your requirements.

Randy; Nextcloud is easy, it has a "standard" S3 client capability, though it also has Swift client capability. As a S3 client, it does look for the older path style (host/bucket), rather than Amazons newer DNS style (bucket.host).
