Thanks Ramana and David. So we are using the Shaman search API to get the latest build for ceph_nautilus flavor of NFS Ganesha, and that's how we get to the mentioned build. We are doing this since it's part of our CI and it's better for automation. Should we use different repos? Ramana is correct. Do you need 2.7.4 specifically? If not, signed nfs-ganesha packages can also be found here: http://download.ceph.com/nfs-ganesha/

This LRC outage hit us - we're sorted for everything except nfs-ganesha. We're not looking for a "specific" build of nfs-ganesha; our query is this: https://shaman.ceph.com/api/search/?project=nfs-ganesha-stable&distros=ubuntu/bionic&flavor=ceph_nautilus&sha1=latest This gives us the latest build of nfs-ganesha on chacra, and that's gone.
